Tenant Access Control

The Management Team can grant access directly to tenants where the Management Team can very that the request for access is from a genuine tenant. The below explains how a tenant can become verified and issued with access directly.

Verifying a Tenancy

The Management Team are not typically informed about tenancys. This means that a tenant must verify their identity and demonstrate the legitimacy of their tenancy before the Management Team can deal directly with the tenant.

To verify a tenancy the Management Team will need the following information:

  • Name, email and mobile telephone number of the Tenant.
  • A copy of the Tenancy Agreement
  • copy of a utility bill or council tax statement if the Tenancy Agreement is dated longer than 2 months from the request.

The name across the Tenancy Agreement and utility or council tax statement must match that of the tenant.

Once verified the Tenant will be considered a 'Lead Tenant' and can request access tokens for any occupants not named on the tenancy documents.
