Moving In/Out


The Management Team will assist with residents moving in or out by allowing access to the relevant car park to load and unload only. Residents moving in or out should contact the Management Team to arrange access. Click here to contact the Management Team.



Replacement Access Fobs

Contractors/Trades Parking


We are unable to support Contractor or Trades access into the Upper or Lower Car Parks for anything other than loading or unloading of materials and tools.


All parking spaces onsite are allocated to private owners or residents. 


Any Contractor or Trade Operative vehicle that is not parked within their client's assigned space or have been issued with temporary access will be issued with a fixed penalty notice.


Delivery Drivers


The Management Team will provide access to delivery drivers between Monday and Friday 9am - 5.30pm.


Delivery Drivers should report to the intercom panel at the main gate which is accessed via the Hooters Car Park and dial FFFF. A member of the Management Team will receive the call and provide a code that can be used to access all of the blocks. This code will change daily and only operate between 9am and 5.30pm. The Delivery Driver will need to provide their name and company name to the Management Team.


If a member of the Management Team is not available then the Delivery Driver will need to use the intercom panel to contact the resident name on the delivery package.


The Management Team do not accept deliveries on behalf of residents and do not accept any responsibility for the parcels left in post areas.


Visitor Parking


There is no visitor parking at the Hicking Building and the Management Team do not offer their limited spaces to visitors. On street parking is availble around the site and there is a multi-story car park on Queens Road.
