Access Control Update - 26 November 2025

We have implemented a temporary system to the main block doors.

We have reconfigured the main entrance doors so that access is controlled from the code panels of the intercom units. This means that you will need to enter a code to gain access to the main entrances. This is a temporary measure until we replace the old fob entry system.

The code has been distributed to all residents by way of notice under the flat door. The code will be required from 10am on Friday the 28th November 2025. If you have not received the code please contact the Management Team on 0115 704 4949.

Do not share the code with anyone. If someone requests the code from you please direct them to the Management Team on the above number. This number is manned 24/7.

To gain entry using the intercom panels please follow the below instructions. Please note that the code in the demonstration video below is not valid and is for demonstration purposes only.

2. When prompted enter the code you have been given.

3. Press the return arrow button
