Tenant Documents

  • Why do we require documents?

    The Management Team are not informed by Landlords or Letting Agents of the identity of their Tenants. For security we must verify that a tenant has the genuine right to access the building. 

  • What documents do I need to provide?

    We need to see a utility bill dated within 3 months of your request or council tax statement for the current tax period. 


    If you have recently moved in and do not have the above then a copy of the tenancy agreement will be sufficient. 

  • What will you do with my documents?

    We will only use the document to verify that a person is an occupant of the building. We do not use any documents for any other purpose. 

  • How long will you hold my documents?

    Documents are automatically deleted 90 days of the request being processed. 

  • How will the documents be stored?

    Documents are stored on a secure cloud sever through the Microsoft Azure service. Only those with security credentials can access the documents while stored. 

  • What if I do not want to provide documents?

    If you do not want to provide docuemtns then please refer to your Landlord or Letting Agent. We do not require documents when a request comes from the Landord or Letting Agent as they will already be authorised.
